I love it finely chopped mixed with a bit of mayonnaise & a few capers. Throw it in a salad to add some healthy probiotics or in/on a hamburger or sausages (wrapped in a lettuce leaf instead of bread is my sausage favourite)

Made with fresh raw vegetables, herbs and spices. Fermented for at least 2 weeks under weight and in anaerobic conditions.
Cabbage, daikon, carrots, red radish, chillies, garlic, ginger, salt.
We do not use fish sauce.
No artificial flavours or colours.
Jar size: 240g. Weight approx. 620g. when filled.
Comes in a round jar, 13cm in height x 7cm width.
