A sweet jam with a chilli kick.
Last year I was asked about making this jam. With a bit of research I found that it’s a jam for St Patrick’s Day, eaten with bacon for breakfast.
I was delighted to get cracking on this new recipe and it’s now one of my best sellers.
Beautiful on bacon or any other breakfast and BBQ meals.
I love this jam on sourdough bread with cheese.
Tomatoes, grapeseed oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, honey, coriander, peppercorns, mustard seeds, cloves, chilli.
No artificial flavours or colours.
