Irish Tomato Jam

A sweet jam with a chilli kick.
Last year I was asked about making this jam. With a bit of research I found that it’s a jam for St Patrick’s Day, eaten with bacon for breakfast.
I was delighted to get cracking on this new recipe and it’s now one of my best sellers.
